Medicity News

We were proud and excited to launch version 1 of our new website on May 10!

Our plan was to have a website that reflected our business and products in a more modern style and reflecting our new branding. One of the new features of the site is customer testimonials. I am happy to provide contact details for these customers if you wish to speak to them before purchasing from us.

Now that version 1 is live we will continue to add new features and information.

Eve Product News

We are excited to introduce two new features in Eve!

Firstly, the new Trending Data Report will automatically provide detailed usage statistics for each part of Eve on a quarterly basis, making it easier for you to track and analyse usage.

Secondly, we are sensitive to the challenging times some mothers face when their pregnancy does not go to plan, and in response, we have developed the Perinatal Loss Mode. This optional feature is designed to support mothers dealing with the unfortunate loss of a baby during pregnancy. It reconfigures the Eve app to provide compassionate content and resources to help navigate this difficult period.

We hope these updates enhance your experience with Eve and provide the support you need.

Grampians Health buy eCaptis!

In March, we signed an agreement with Grampian’s Health to pilot using eCaptis to help the hospital manage 100 COPD patients at home.

A COPD patient education program will be delivered to patients using the content feature in eCaptis.

Patient Treatment and Goal Plans will be used to help the patients self-monitor their own care.

The eCaptis platform will be integrated to the Grampians Health WebPAS and BosNET systems.

Grampians Health operate health services in Ballarat, Horsham, Stawell, Dimboola and Edenhope in regional Victoria.

eCaptis Product News

We are thrilled to announce the latest features in eCaptis!

You can now schedule surveys to be sent out at specific times during the day and even multiple times per day, allowing for more flexible data collection.

Additionally, eCaptis records the time of day each survey is completed, providing valuable insights into patient responses. We have also added the ability to produce simple PDF patient reports directly from the patient screen in the eCaptis portal, streamlining your workflow.

Finally, we have made significant improvements to our reporting capabilities, enhancing your ability to analyse and utilise the data collected.

Eastern Health buy Eve!

We are very excited to announce that we have signed an agreement to implement our Eve Digital Maternity Platform at Eastern Health in Melbourne. Eastern Health is a large public hospital group serving Melbourne’s middle and outer eastern suburbs. Eastern Health will use Eve to rebuild their antenatal education program post COVID for their Box Hill and Angliss maternity services.

Eve will be integrated to the hospital’s iPM appointments platform, Birth Operating System and Azure Active Directory. This will allow mums birthing at Eastern Health to view their antenatal appointments in the Eve app, receive their antenatal record into the Eve app and to make it easier for the hospital IT department to manage user security for the Eve midwife portal.
