Streamline Solutions Acquires Medicity

Our long time Eve development partners, Streamline Solutions,  acquired Medicity from Cabrini Health on March 3, 2025.

Established in 1990, Streamline is a 35 year old software technology company  that specialises in healthcare and finance solutions. Medicity will become the new healthcare division of Streamline Solutions which will complement the strong financial division.

Cabrini will continue their strong partnership with Streamline Solutions. The existing Medicity team have moved to the Streamline's South Melbourne Headquarters.

2025 Conferences

Medicity's first conference for the year was last weeks' Australian Healthcare Week in Sydney. Thank you to all those potential new customers and business partners who stopped by our booth to say hello.

Medicity will also be at the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in the Gold Coast 4-8 May.

Medicity will also be at Digital Health Conference in Melbourne 13-14 May.

New eCaptis Customer

We are excited to welcome the Centre for Neurosurgery at Calvary in Hobart to the eCaptis family. They will be using eCaptis to monitor the progress of their neurosurgery patients.

eCaptis is our digital patient journey monitoring platform for clinicians to monitor their patients after they have left the hospital or medical practice. You can find more information on our website.

New Version 20 Features

1. New QR code feature - The new QR code in the survey allows you to easily port the survey to another device.
2. FHIR Integration  - The team have completed a FHIR integration to MediRecords. This is a two way integration to receive patient information into eCaptis and for eCaptis to push PDF patient reports into the patient's file.
3. New Editor Role - We now have a third type of customer role that is part way between a basic user and an Admin. An editor can edit surveys, Care Pathways and Goal Plans. But they are restricted from other Admin privileges.
4. Tel Link - If you can access your phone system from your computer you can now click on the phone link in the eCaptis portal to directly dial from the phone number link and speak to the patient, rather than just see their contact details.

New Eve Styling

The Eve app is currently undergoing full restyling to improve the user experience. The new look home screen was released last month, the next release is coming very soon.
